CF for $877 1 bed/1 bath in 3 bed/3 bath house near East Falls Church metro available now

We are looking to fill a spot in our home as soon as possible (July/August). You would be living with two other Christian women in a cozy home in a lovely part of Northern Arlington/Westover.  The house is about a 15 minute walk to the East Falls Church metro station and there is a bus stop nearby that will take you to either the East Falls Church or the Ballston metro. Within walking distance, there are also several restaurants (Italian Store, Lost Dog Cafe, Lebanese Taverna) and a library, post office, Walgreens, and variety/hardware store. There’s also plenty of easy parking for a car. 

The monthly rent for the private bedroom and private bathroom is $877 and we split the cost of all the utilities. It runs about $100/month/person for internet and all residential utilities
