CM - $870 BEDROOM AVAILABLE IN 4BR HOUSE BY METRO - ARLINGTON/EAST FALLS CHURCH
We have a room opening in our 4bed, 2.5 bath house. The room will be available on August 1st. The house is a 4 minute walk from the East Falls Church metro and is conveniently located just off 66. The house features two living rooms, a spacious backyard, and off street parking (parking is free). Utilities run about $75 - 100 a month.
The three of us who currently live here are in our mid 20s - early 30s and all attend National Community Church’s Ballston campus. We enjoy watching and playing sports, grilled meats, and generally being sociable. Pre-COVID we normally host a small group weekly in the house.
