BEAUTIFUL ROOM AVAILABLE FOR CF IN A CAPITAL HILL/HILL EAST ROWHOUSE
We have a room available in our Capitol Hill/Hill East rowhouse starting Aug 1st (potentially available late July). The room is a beautifully lit upstairs bedroom. The lease is month to month, but we are hoping for someone to commit for at least one year.
The house and backyard are amazing! It's located equal distance from the Potomac Ave and Stadium Armory metro stations (orange/silver/blue). There is Zone 6 street parking.
The roommates are all in their mid twenties; Stephanie works in finance, and Emily works on the Hill. We are very active in our respective churches and friend groups but enjoy catching up at the end of the day or while watching The Bachelor/Bachelorette or documentaries 
We love to host (think dinner parties, small groups, bonfires) so it is very important to us to create a clean and hospitable environment for others.
