CF Housing Available in Alexandria

2 CFs seeking 1 CF roommate in townhome in Alexandria Kingstowne Area 
To move in August 1st and begin a one year lease, after that can continue on month-to-month basis
-Rent $550 + utilities averaging $80 per month
-Deposit is one month’s rent 
-Bedroom + shared bathroom
-3 Story Townhouse has a shared kitchen, main living and basement living areas, 2 full baths (one master and one shared), two half baths,  laundry room, back patio, and plenty of free parking. The common areas are all furnished but the bedroom will be unfurnished 
-Located right off of 495 and 1.3 miles from Van Dorn Metro station (5 min drive), and 5 minute drive from Kingstowne shopping center
-My housemate and I are two 30 and 28 year old Christian women who work full time, enjoy spending time with friends, and have parties occasionally including karaoke and game nights (which you are welcome to join!). 
-We do have one cat, a fish, and a rabbit so must be pet-friendly
