Room for Rent in Spacious/Modern house in Arlington - CM - $675 plus utilities
We have a 2nd floor bedroom that has just become available in a house of Christian guys in Arlington. The house is nearly new, has large common spaces and a huge back yard/deck. The room is being rented for $675 per month plus your share of utilities. Bathroom is shared with one other clean 
housemate. There’s ample street parking, some driveway and garage space, and lots of easy access to tons of bus lines on Columbia Pike (200 yards away). Easy and quick commute into DC. There are 6 guys in this 6 bedroom house, and we are offering this room to replace the gentleman that will soon move out into his own new apartment. We keep a neat house, prefer if you are respectful and responsible. Grill and full access to large kitchen. The house is near the intersection of Glebe Rd. and Columbia Pike. The address is 3705 9th St. S, Arlington, VA 22204. The room is available starting on July 24th. First month (or pro-rated section thereof) and security deposit required.
