Female - Capitol Hill basement studio + parking spot ($925 + Utilities)
The space is a studio apartment with a private bathroom and kitchenette. It fits a queen size bed, couch, chair, desk, and kitchen table comfortably. It has a private entrance or you can use the upstairs entrance with the two other housemates.
It has a washer and dryer which is shared with the two housemates upstairs. It also has a small backyard with a deck.It’s located right down the street from the metro which gives you access to the orange, silver, and blue lines. It is also an easy 15 minute walk to Eastern Market and Trader Joe’s or a 10 minute walk to the new Safeway on 14th St. The lease is month to month. The move in date is flexible and could be as soon and June 1 but would absolutely need someone by July 1. Rent is $925/month + about $100 in utilities.
