Spacious studio/1bd apt available in Capitol Hill Area - July/August move in
Hey guys,
My wife and I are moving out of our current APT in DC, and am looking to see if anyone wants to move in to our current place. I don't think the rental has hit the market yet, but the owner is looking to charge about $2700 a month. It is very close and walking distance to a lot of major things in DC. The landlord is amazing, and her main residency is in Italy, but she has a home warranty company to take care of the house and very quick to respond. Feel free to contact me for any additional info. If you guys want to come check out the place, just let me know and we can schedule that in for you guys. I've attached the Redfin link as well for reference. We are currently booked for moving out officially on 31st, but we can move out (if the house we are working on closing actually closes) as early as the July 4th weekend.
