BEAUTIFUL 6BD LARGE HOME 750/MO, 3MIN WALK TO METRO, 10MIN METRO TO CAPITOL HILL (DEANWOOD) CF OR CM
The house is a beautiful, modern, and spacious Christian group home. It has a large yard, porch, balcony and close to a large park. We are cultivating an inviting and hospitable culture by hosting meals, bible studies, and game nights while being involved in the community to be a blessing.
There are multiple rooms available for rent. Rooms are very affordable for the location at $750/mo (+ utilities). Most of the rooms have a private bathroom.
The basement floor has two bedrooms and is a separate unit with a kitchen and bathroom. Parking is available, plentiful and free. The house is located at 4108 Hayes St. NE Washington DC 20019 -- a 2 min walk to Minnesota metro (Orange Line) and directly off 295 for easy commuting.
