2 CF looking for housing in NW DC, move-in early August

Hello! My college roommate and I are moving to DC this summer and we’re looking for an 11- or 12-month lease starting in August. We’re ideally looking to rent/sublet our own place, but we’re open to living in a Christian female community with a new roommate or two!

I’m looking for pet-friendly housing, since I’ll be bringing my dog. I also plan to bring my car, so I’m looking for parking.

Our ideal budget is under $2500 total for both of us, including all utilities and fees.
