Roommates are two Christian men in their mid/late-20’s, one working in campus ministry at Georgetown and the other doing his MBA at Georgetown. Both are involved with local churches and looking for another guy who follows Jesus to round out the bedrooms.
The Glover Park neighborhood is a suburban pocket in DC. A mix of mostly young families with some university students. Property is ~20 min walk from Safeway, Trader Joe’s and Georgetown University and a 25 min walk from American University. Good number of solid restaurants in ~10 min walking distance. Place is perfect for anyone looking for a quiet place to come home to in the city after work or school and is relatively accessible by bus from the rest of the city.
House is ~1,300 sq ft, has two floors available to tenants and was recently renovated. Rent includes a one-car garage, which if not used can reduce rent to $1,600/mo. Includes access to backyard with a small deck. House has been furnished by current roommates and utilities run about $90/mo/person including internet, water, power, gas and trash pickup.
