$800 Medium Sized Room For Rent - Capitol Hill

Greetings,


I am looking for a housemate to rent one bedroom in a newly renovated 3-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom house beginning July and am flexible with move in dates. I’m looking for a one year commitment/lease.  The room available is medium sized with a fairly large closet and is  $800 a month, plus utilities (internet, electric, water and gas ~$100). House is located near 14th and D St NE - Walking distance to H Street, Lincoln Park and Eastern Market. 


About me: I am mid 30s Christian that works at the Navy Yard as an engineer. I like to volunteer and am active with various church groups. You're welcome to join or do your own thing.
