$700 Room for rent

Hello Everyone. I've got a room available now! Grad student  here looking to fill a few rooms. One is available now! Other is available in July/August for a year lease in a large 4 bedroom townhouse with some Christian guys. Rooms are only about $700+utilities!
The house new and beautiful. It is furnished besides the bedroom (although you could probably get some room furniture from the guys moving out if you wanted). We are in Ashburn VA close to the end of the silver line and Dulles airport. Facilities include two fitness centers, pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, and a nice wooded walking path. Let me know if you're interested, or if you know of anyone looking for something like this. Thanks!
