Looking for Roommates in Fairfax, VA

We have two beautiful and sunny private FURNISHED bedrooms in the upper level of a townhouse in a prime Fairfax city location. Features a full bathroom shared with one other tenant, hardwood floors, shared kitchen, and living areas (furnished). The washer and dryer are on the lower level of the house. PERFECT for a working professional or George Mason University student!
Very close to public transportation such as the Metro bus, VRE/Amtrak/GMU Shuttle stop (10 minutes walk). George Mason University is 1.5 miles away. There are several grocery stores within a few minute's drive, such as Safeway, Aldi, Walmart, Giant, Shoppers, and Hmart. Target is a 10-minute walk away. Kitchen access is allowed but only for light cooking (cooking ramen, microwaving meals, etc.)
Seeking a tenant who will commit to at least a one-year lease with the option to renew indefinitely. $800 per month for one tenant for a larger room or $775 per month for one tenant for a smaller room. Internet connection, water, and electricity are split among the tenants and owners. One month's rent as a security deposit required at lease signing. $30 (non-refundable) for a background check, credit report, and reference check. NO PETS AND NO SMOKING.
