Columbia Heights Room $1200
Room: It is a single room with a shared bathroom (shared by one other roommate) in a 3Br/2.5Ba rowhouse in Columbia Heights. Big enough to fit a queen bed, large desk, and bookshelf. All the furniture is for sale if desired!
Location: This is a phenomenal location! It is just a 10 min walk to the closest metro station. The house is situated directly across from a park, basketball court, and tennis court. It is also within walking distance from great coffee shops, bars, and restaurants!
House: Washer/dryer included. Hardwood floors throughout. Backyard patio and green space, great for gardening and BBQing. Two backyard uncovered parking spots.
Roommates: Two chill people who love to cook and bake. Male pediatrician and female physicist. Both vaccinated!
Rent: $1200 (includes parking spot). Utilities not included.
