$800 bedroom in Capitol Hill - CM

Hi there,

I am looking for a housemates to share my newly renovated 3-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom house beginning June. The room available is medium sized with a fairly large closet and is  $800 a month, plus utilities. House is located near 14 and D St NE.


About me: I am mid 30s Christian that works at the Navy Yard as an engineer. I like to volunteer regularly and active with church groups and in my community.
