Join me in a bright and sunny apartment in the historic and quaint Fairlington neighborhood! The apartment is a top floor unit, with an outdoor patio, next to shared green space and a neighborhood pool just behind the building. The apartment comes with off-street parking permits and there is plenty of street parking available in the neighborhood. The condo is across the street from three metro bus routes which go to the Pentagon and into DC. It's a 15 minutes walk to Shirlington, with a grocery store, restaurants, a movie theater and shops. The apartment is mostly furnished so all you would need is furniture for your room! The space is available beginning June 1st.
