Looking to fill 1 bedroom in a 2,400 square foot house. House is 105 years old, detached, and on a quiet street. Nearest metro is Capitol Heights, but plenty of parking is available. House has a wrap-around porch, backyard, and shed. Would be living with two Christian males and a dog. No other pets are allowed.
