Seeking professional 20s/30s female housemate for unfurnished bedroom available in a beautiful row house in the heart of Bloomingdale (NW DC). The available room is a lease term for one year followed by month to month.

• Large sized 3rd floor bedroom (9' x 15' + bay windows) available June 1 with a possibly negotiation for an earlier date. Spacious room with north-facing windows, well lit, and a standard sized closet (3' x 6.5'). Full bathroom shared with one other female housemate. Rent: $845 per month plus utilities.
The row house is shared with 4 other professional women in their 20s and 30s. Common space on the first floor is spacious with high ceilings and includes a living room, dining room, kitchen, and back patio. Shared washer and dryer on the 3rd floor. Utilities are shared equally among all house members (typically $110-130 per month). The parking spot in the back of the house can be discussed with other house members.
The house is conveniently located just off of several bus routes, including the G2 and G8/9 and is a short (10 minute/6 block) walk from the Shaw (Green/Yellow) and Noma (Red) Metro stations. Several popular restaurants and bars are within 1-3 minute walking distance (Boundary Stone, Big Bear, Tyber Creek Wine Bar, Red Hen, Bacio Pizzeria, Aroi, Hopscotch, and more).
