Spacious, English basement, on Cap Hill nr H street. Private entrance, includes an office & patio
Our English basement has been recently renovated and offers a large and comfortable space for a couple or single person. It has a private entrance and is a separate space from the rest of the house. The apartment has an entryway, bedroom, kitchen-diner, bathroom with shower, living room with a large TV and Netflix included. A bright office off the living room makes a great home office. There is a sofa bed which can be used for visitors.
It is available for rent from mid-May for $1500/month, including all utilities and Netflix. It is furnished, but some furniture can be removed if not needed. Laundry facilities are shared with the upstairs unit. My husband and I live upstairs and are on hand in case of any concerns, but otherwise we completely respect your privacy.
We're a few blocks North of Lincoln Park, in a safe and friendly part of the Hill. We're also walking distance from Eastern Market and Union Station and only 2 blocks from H street. A parking permit can be provided which covers all of Zone 6, and there are various bus routes and bike rental stations within a few minutes walk too.

We are looking for tenants that are relatively quiet and who are non-smokers. We would prefer no pets, but could make exceptions.
