Room in Capitol Hill Row House Available June 1 ($950/mo + utilities)

Room is on the top floor, gets great light, and has full closet. You would share a bathroom and common areas of the 4B / 2.5 BA row-house. Other shared common areas include an open living room, kitchen, and dining area. Room is unfurnished. The house is relatively new construction (approx. 5 years old) and includes fully updated appliances, open floor plan, and incredible light throughout the unit. We are half a block from the metro (Blue/Orange/Silver) and multiple bus lines, have easy access to the freeway for drivers, and street parking near the house is always easy.
You would live with three other roommates, all male. All are neat and enjoy all that DC has to offer when we aren’t locked down most of the time. We have been around DC between 5-10 years and many of us have lived in this house for the past four years.
Utilities average about $50-60 per month and include gas, electric, and cable/internet. Water is included in rent.
