Room open in Clarendon for CF subletter from now until July 31st

I am looking for a CF to sublet my room in a three bedroom with two other Christian women from TFCA for as soon as possible to July 31st. There is an opportunity to renew/take over the lease for another year after July 31st with roommates of your choice, as my other two roommates will be leaving. I can connect you to the landlord if you would be interested in that option. The rent is $1000/month or best offer.
