Hello, we are seeking a Christian female tenant for a private basement apartment located in Falls Church, Virginia.
Who we are: Young Christian married couple with a 2 year old daughter and a second daughter on the way. Jonathan works in IT management and Grace is a healthcare instructor. Pre-Covid we regularly attended McLean Bible’s Arlington campus, and currently attend service mostly online.
Rent is $1100 a month with all utilities and Wifi Internet included. The apartment is available now, or for May 1 move-in.

Of note is that since this is a basement apartment in an older house, some noise transference does occur from upstairs to downstairs, mainly impact noises such as footsteps, etc.
