ROOMMATE NEEDED - H Street Corridor/ $891 + utilities
Hello All -
I’m looking for a roommate in 2 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment one block off of H Street Corridor for an April 1 move-in (year long lease). $891 per month, with utilities (electric, gas, and wifi) running about $100 per person/month (around $75 in warmer months). $50 application fee as well as a one-month-rent’s security deposit. No pets.
- Spacious bedroom with walk-in closet
- Washer and dryer in-unit
- Updated kitchen
- Parking space for additional fee or virtually free street parking on block
- Great commute location! Bus stops on H street are a block away. 7 minute walk to Safeway, 23 minute walk to Trader Joe’s/Union Market, 20 minute walk to H Street Whole Foods. 25 minute walk to NoMa-Galludet or Union Metro Stations.
