Available April 1st: room for rent for CF, $600/mo East Falls Church
About the room: The room is 9x11 featuring a closet, plenty of natural light, and can fit a twin bed, bookshelf, and dresser. There is a full bathroom across the hall which is shared by one other person. Rent is $600/month plus utilities, which usually run about $100-$150.
Ideally, we'd love to have someone move in by April 1st. Summer interns are welcome to inquire.
There's plenty of storage space in the basement, which also features a home gym/lounge area, a spacious storage room, and a laundry area. Our house is a charming multilevel cottage with all the amenities, a newly renovated kitchen, washer/dryer, fireplace, sunroom, backyard, driveway, and a back deck (great for grilling and relaxing with friends pre-COVID).
Both off-street and on-street parking are available.
About the neighborhood: We're located in East Falls Church in a very safe, super walkable residential neighborhood, right around the corner from the W&OD and Custis trails, multiple grocery stores, Tyson's Corner, and plenty of restaurants. We're one block away from the East Falls Church Metro Station — it's super easy (and quick!) to get downtown.
About us: Given these COVID times, two of us work from home, and one works in occupational therapy — and has already received her vaccination. All three of us are in our late 20s/early 30s, professionals, and enjoy hanging out together.
As much as we love furry friends, our landlord does not allow pets.
