Seeking CF Subletter in Clarendon - April/May to July 31st or renew lease

I am looking for someone to sublet my room in a three bedroom with two other Christian women from TFCA from April/May to July 31st. There is an opportunity to renew/take over the lease for another year after July 31st with roommates of your choice, as my other two roommates will be leaving. I can connect you to the landlord if you would be interested in that option. The rent is $1000/month or best offer.
