Looking for CF for Capitol Hill NE Rowhouse $1250/month
Move in any time from April 4 to May 1.
We live at 6th and F Street NE in a nicely remodeled row house with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. We are looking to fill the basement bedroom which has two windows, a living area, TONS of closet space, and a bathroom.
Rent is $1250 plus about an extra $100 per month for utilities.

We are two Christian females in our mid and late 20's. We are both graphic designers and work from home full time now, we love to cook, watch Bachelor on Mondays over buffalo chicken dip, and we also have an AMAZING back patio for nice evenings. The communal spaces are also all fully furnished.
