Room Available for CF in McLean House - $610 - immediate move-in
There is an opening in an amazing 5-bedroom, 3 bathroom house in McLean. Other 4 roommates are amazing Christian women in their 20s-30s. All roommates are friendly, considerate, and drama free!
Rent is $610 for this 13x9 bedroom with a walk-in closet. Located on lower level/basement of the house. Shared bathroom with one other CF.
Info about the house in general:
- Great location for entertaining and hospitality
- Kitchen has granite countertops, an electric stove, microwave, and dishwasher.
- TWO refrigerators
- TWO decks
- TWO fireplaces
- Plenty of storage space and closets throughout the house
- Lovely backyard
- Plenty of parking (street and driveway)
- Utilities (gas, electric, trash, water, Verizon internet, gutter cleaning, lawn service) are around $120/month (This is about the max. It is usually much less than this several months out of the year.)
- No pets
Contact immediately if interested! Security deposit is $590. Upcoming lease is May 1st-April 30th, however this room is available for move-in as early as now for prorated rent amount to finish up current lease.
