Spacious Capitol Hill Room availble for CF, $966 a month
The room is in a Capitol Hill rowhouse just a few blocks from the bustling H Street Corridor. There are multiple grocery stores and shops within walking distance. Both the Eastern market and Union Station metros are a 15-minute walk away, and there are also numerous bus stations close by. The room will be available April 1, and rent is $966 (utilities not included).
The house is shared by 3 other professional women in their mid/late twenties. We are extremely chill - we enjoy having movie nights, reading, roomie dinners, and host gatherings on occasion. We're also neat and responsible and, as one former roommate's mom said, we're "very normal!" What more of an endorsement do we need?
