Hello!

Our  North Old TownAlexandria, VA apartment will be available June 1, 2020! The one-bedroom, one bath is perfect for one or a married couple.

Walking distance to Braddock Road metro and multiple bus stops. Beautifully updated with high ceilings, soapstone countertops and full sized washer dryer.

One caveat - the apartment is over a business (organic hair salon) so no pets. We own the building and love the tenant downstairs and want to ensure a good working relationship between upstairs and downstairs!
