Hello everyone! I’m looking for a female to takeover the remainder of my lease that goes through December with option to renew. The rent is $1310 but with a free month of rent brings it to $1164. This unit has floor to ceiling windows and is located in Crystal City. It’s close to the airport and metro. The building has many amenities as well as a new Amazon locker. Deposit and amenity fees are all paid up for the year and I’ll cover any lease transfer fees. Your roommate is a young professional Christian female who currently works from home. She likes reading, baking and the bachelor. Please contact me for a tour with masks of course!
