CM House on Capitol Hill – 900/mo + Utilities
Room available for Christian male in SE DC Capitol Hill row house. Available immediately for 900/month. Lease term ends Oct 31st but could be extended. Utilities average about $60-70 per month and include electric, gas, and internet. Water is included in rent.
About the room:
Room is on the top floor and gets great light. It includes a large closet and views out to NE DC. It has TV mounted on the wall, which is included with the room.
About the housemates:
You would live with three other roommates, all male in their late 20s or early 30s. We have been around DC between 5-10 years and many of us have lived in this house for the past four years.
About the house:
This three-bedroom and den, two and a half bath townhouse was built in the early 2010s with good finishes. The first floor is common space shared by all housemates and has windows on three sides. It is an open floor plan for the kitchen, living room, and dining room. The kitchen has a gas stove and dishwasher. The backyard has a garage (used by another roommate) and gas grill. There is Zone 6 parking out front, and we always find parking in front of the house. We are half a block to the metro (Blue/Orange/Silver), multiple bus lines, and the freeway is a short drive down the street.
