Room for CF Available in Capital Hill/Hill East Rowhouse
We have a room available in our Capitol Hill/Hill East rowhouse starting May 1. The room is a spacious finished basement. The room is not shared. A second girl has a private room in the basement as well but because she is able to enter her room through the bathroom, you can easily put up a divider or large curtain for complete privacy. The washer/dryer is at the edge of your room but your housemates will be completely respectful of your schedule and doing laundry during the day. Bathroom is shared with one other roommate. The rent is $650 a month + 1/4 of the utilities (electric, gas, water/sewer, internet, security camera). A $650 security deposit will be due at lease signing. There is a rental application fee and a roommate changeover fee as well. The lease is month to month, but we are looking for someone to commit for at least one year.

The roommates are 23, 26 and 28. Adrianne works as an intern for NCC, Stephanie works in finance, and Kaitlyn works in project management. We are very active in our respective churches and friend groups but enjoy catching up at the end of the day or while watching The Bachelor/Bachelorette or documentaries 
We love to host (think dinner parties, small groups, bonfires) so it is very important to us to create a clean and hospitable environment for others.
