Fully Furnished Studio Apartment available by Stadium Armory metro
Our newly renovated, fully furnished 500 sq foot studio apartment is coming available in April. This sunny, corner unit apartment has a separate office/den, fully stocked kitchen (brand new SS appliances including dishwasher and convection oven), smart TV, plenty of storage and shared washer/dryer on the same floor. We are located several blocks from the Stadium Armory metro (about a 6-8 minute walk, serving blue, orange and silver lines) and very close to H st, Eastern Market, Kingman Island, and Lincoln Park. Plenty of zone 6 street parking available.
