We have a bright room available immediately and we are looking for a great roommate to join us! $900/month + utilities

Room is on the top floor and gets great light. You would share a bathroom and common areas of the 4B / 2.5 BA row-house. The room is approximately 140 sq ft. Other shared common areas include an open living room, kitchen, and dining area. Utilities average about $50-60 per month and include gas, electric, and cable/internet. Water is included in rent.
You would live with three other roommates, all male. All are clean and enjoy all that DC has to offer when we aren’t locked down most of the time. We have been around DC between 5-10 years and many of us have lived in this house for the past four years. We work in a variety of fields, such as church videography and infectious disease policy.
The building is new construction (about 5 years old) and includes fully updated appliances, open floor plan, and incredible light throughout the unit.
We are steps from the metro (Blue/Orange/Silver) and multiple bus lines, have easy access to the freeway for drivers, and street parking near the house is always easy.
One month’s rent required as security deposit and room is unfurnished.
