Room for CF to Rent from April – Arlington, Waverly Hills - $875/m
Seeking a CF to rent a separate bedroom in Cherrydale/Waverly Hills area of Arlington (2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom) apartment (it’s a house that has been turned into several units, and this is the ground floor) from April 1.
You would be living with a CF roommate, who has a lovely little grey cat named Fitz.
The apartment is located within a 2-min walking distance to Starbucks, Chipotle, Pastries by Randolph, and more. A walking/running trail (Donaldson’s Run) can be accessed within a 5-minute walk. It’s about a 5-minute drive/30 min walk to the Ballston metro.
The furnishings are mine and will go with me–but hopefully, it’s a vision for you.
