1BR/1BA Capitol Hill English basement for rent in March!

Hi all! My husband and I are moving out of our English basement apartment in Capitol Hill and are looking for someone to take over our lease in early-mid March - date can be flexible. The apartment is a 1 bedroom/1 bath unit that we have called home for 2.5 years now. Rent is $1,800/month plus utilities.
The home is conveniently located at 2nd and F Street NE and has street-level entry. There are great coffee shops and restaurants on the block, and it is just steps from Union Station and only a short walk to the Capitol. The home has nice, updated appliances and in-unit laundry. We’ve loved our time in this home! Please message me if you or anyone you know is interested, and I'd be happy to share photos as well. Thanks!
