are all laid back, professional guys in our late 20's/early 30’s.

Nutley Street, near Vienna Metro. 4 bedrooms (3 upstairs, one in
basement), 3.5 Bath. Spacious living room, dining room, kitchen.
Basement rec room, ample storage, back deck, small courtyard with
fire pit/grill. Easy access to 66 and 495. Free parking: 3 front
spaces and nearby street parking. Local running/biking trail system
access down the street. 24-hour Safeway nearby and local Starbucks
and Chick-Fil-A.
One
year lease. Utilities are split 4 ways, averages around $60+.
Security deposit $300 required. Rent is $615.
We
reserve the right to vet new applicants to ensure that our house
continues to run smoothly and incident free.
