Our sunny and spacious upper floor one-bedroom apartment is open for rent in Hill East/Kingman Park (near RFK stadium). This is on the second floor in our end unit row house so the ceilings are high and there's an abundance of sunlight. The 740 sq ft apartment has generous closet and storage space, a large bedroom, and kitchen with full size fridge and dishwasher. Laundry is shared but free. The apartment is about a 5-7 minute walk from the Stadium Armory metro (Blue/Orange/Silver lines) and close to H st and Eastern Market. Street parking is zone 6 and plentiful. It will be available for move-in as soon as early March.
This apartment is perfect for couples, 2 roommates willing to share, or a single person. Rent is $1500 plus utilities (water, gas, electric, internet).
