Hello! We are looking for 1 CF to join our beautiful apartment in Falls Church available March 1st! There are currently 2 other CFs in their early 20s living in the apartment and you will have your own master bedroom and private bathroom with plenty closet space and bedroom has natural light.
Features and amenities include washer/dryer, free parking on-site, shuttle to West Falls Church metro, walking distance to Trader Joe's, Whole Foods Market and restaurants, 1 mile from Tysons Corner Mall and Galleria, 20 minutes from DC (495/66 highway), gym, pool and picnic area with BBQ grill, and W& OD trail nearby.
$762 + utilities lease ends July 2021 with option to renew. No pets. No smoking.
