Room available in 3br 1.5 bath Adams Morgan House!
My roommate Katelyn and I are seeking a female roommate to fill the third bedroom in our Adams Morgan rowhouse. We are located near 18th and U NW, walking distance to Trader Joes, Safeway, Harris Teeter, multiple gyms, and fun 14th st restaurants!
Rent is around $1275 but we are flexible if you are the right fit, and the lease is also flexible! The house has exposed brick, in unit washer dryer, lots of natural light, and off street parking available. The roommates are two twenty something professional ladies who like frozen Trader Joes dinner and hiking!
