Private Bedroom/Bath available in 2BR/2BA Capitol Hill Row House Apartment - $900
Looking for a female, non-smoking roommate to share a 2BR/2BA first story row house apartment on Capitol Hill. The space is a private bedroom/private bathroom with a shared living room and kitchen along with a laundry in the house basement. There is also a front porch, yard, and small patio shared with neighbors. Located near Stanton park, it’s less than 15 minutes to walk to Eastern Market, Union Station, or the US Capitol.

Room is available through July with the possibility to extend. Rent is $900 per month and includes water; Additional utilities of internet and electricity typically run about $50 per month. Available unfurnished but bedroom furniture is also available for sale if interested.
You would share the apartment with one mid-20’s woman who works as a GOP staffer, and enjoys spending time hanging out, watching tv, visiting friends, and exploring DC.
