Clarendon Basement Apartment Available
One bedroom in a two bedroom basement apartment will be available on February 1st and the second bedroom will be available on March 1st. This apartment includes a shared bathroom. This apartment is located only minutes away from the Clarendon metro, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, several restaurants, and shops.
First bedroom (available February 1st) costs $996 a month and that includes utilities.
Second bedroom (available March 1st) costs $1035 a month which also includes utilities. This bedroom is larger and includes more closet space.
Additionally this apartment includes a spacious family room as well as a backyard which is great for hosting and growing a garden. It also includes a driveway.
