I am looking to lease a large basement with a private bath within walking distance of Ballston mall. I am fairly low key, tidy, and active in my community. $1000/month plus 1/3 utilities and internet.About me: I work in management consulting - mostly from home these days. I am active in my church and community. I love to cook, bake, and hike. I like to have small groups of friends over occasionally - creating and fostering community is really important to me.
