Three spaces are currently available. May be rented to an individual or to three friends. Phenomenal location on Columbia Pike at Queen Street, near Air Force Memorial and Pentagon. One stop on 74 Bus to Pentagon City Metro - less than 5 min drive to DC. Cost varies per space but is approximately $1000-1200 per month, plus utilities (~$75 per month). One month security deposit. Each unit is two bedrooms with one full bathroom for ONE person, totaling about 500+ square feet of private living space (perfect for bedroom and home office). There are other tenants you would interview with via zoom (quiet and busy professionals in early 20s).
Home includes large, updated kitchen and spacious furnished common areas. Washer and dryer included. Large, fenced backyard with fire pit and grill. Plenty of parking outside the house (no extra charge). No pets. No smoking.
Bus stop only 1 block from house, quick ride to Pentagon City Metro.
