Room Available off H Street Corridor $1100/mo

Hi there! My roommate and I are looking for a third roommate with a move-in date of March 1st (earlier dates may be negotiable).

A little about us:
We enjoy Bachelor/Bachelorette wine nights, walks, and a good farmers market. We both work from home at the moment, but we do our best to be respectful of everyone's sanity and workspace. We are just as content to have a quiet night in our rooms as we are to have a movie or game night in the living room. We're looking for another female, preferably mid 20s - early 30s.

A little about the house:
We have a private room available for rent for $1100 plus utilities (~100/mos/person);  House is shared with 2 professional gals, and is a great 3BD/1.5BA on Capitol Hill 2 blocks off H Street Corridor.   It has hard wood floors, high ceilings, plenty of sunlight, and a good-sized closet.  The current tenant is moving out after 3 1/2 years.  The first floor was recently renovated with exposed brick in the living room, which opens into a large dining room, and large kitchen with 2 pantries.  There is a new in-unit W/D, central AC and heating.  Kitchen has new hard wood floor and there’s hardwood floor throughout the first floor and 2nd floor.  There’s also a private backyard with patio.

It is very close to the bustle of H Street businesses, restaurants, and coffee shops. Also 10 mins walk to Trader Joe’s, Union Market, and Whole Foods. 15 mins walk to Giant.  It’s a 15 mins walk to NoMa Red line. Or hop on DC Streetcar on H that is a straight ride  to Union Station.  As much as we like pets, there is a no pet policy.

If interested in scheduling a tour, meeting housemates, and completing application, please reach out w a bit about yourself, when, and how long you’re looking to lease!  We prefer someone by March 1st.
