Seeking CF for $875/month room in Clarendon!
Hi there! Our house is looking for one, Christian female roommate to fill a room in our cute Arlington home beginning in January-Mid-January. Rent is $875/month plus utilities, ranging from $50/75.
The home - Fun-loving, female group house located in the heart of Clarendon. Car/no car, this is the perfect location with grocery stores, restaurants, parks and metro transportation within a few minute walking distance.
The room is a spacious private master bedroom tucked away in the back of the house (main level). Lots of natural sunlight and the neighborhood birdies in the warmer months are a wonderful bonus too. 
The roommates - FUN & LIVELY house filled with kind-hearted ladies who are all young professionals in their 20's. We each have our own lives, but come together under one roof as a group who enjoy hanging out! Looking for a clean, friendly Christian lady to join!
