Fully Furnished, Basement Apartment for Short Term (5 months) or Month to Month Lease. - $1200 pm.
We're looking to rent out our basement apartment on a month to month basis to the right person. It's a newly renovated, studio apartment with separate entrance, private bathroom and private small kitchenette. It comes fully furnished and is a very attractive and comfortable space.
We live in the 16th Street Heights neighborhood, just near Columbia Heights and Petworth and have plenty of on street parking, plus easy access to metro.
We would would be open to a 3 - 5 month lease, or a month to month agreement that ends on June 1st.
$1200 per month includes utilities and internet.
