Rent is $1400 a month and utilities are split between the 2 roommates, averaging $80-90 depending on the season (internet, gas, electric). The century-old building has been carefully restored by the landlord who takes great care of his tenants. We have a wood-burning fireplace, modern kitchen with recently updated appliances, and a washer/dryer in the unit. The building has 4 units which share an entrance and gorgeous back deck with a gas grill and plenty of seating for outdoor, socially-distant hangs. It has a perfect location between 2 parks. Walking distance to the Hill, Eastern Market, Lincoln Park, Union Station, and the H St. corridor. Roommate downstairs (me) is a teacher, early 30's, and has the world's cutest puppy named Blue!
