Hello NCC community! I am looking for a female tenant to sublease a 1 bedroom in a 2 bedroom apartment. This quiet and spacious one bedroom is available immediately, with move-in date flexible. No security deposit required. The bedroom is located at Braddock Lee Apartments, in Alexandria. You’d be sharing the 2-bedroom apartment with another lovely, friendly roommate, with a shared kitchen, living room, and bathroom. Rent is $800 a month, with utilities ranging $50-80 a month. The lease ends July 30th, 2021 with the option to renew. Perfect option for someone desiring a short-term lease. Pets are welcome.
