Mt. Pleasant sublet: Available now through July
Looking to sublet a furnished bedroom in a cozy and spacious two bedroom, one bathroom basement apartment in the Mt. Pleasant area. The room is available now through the end of July.
It's in a safe neighborhood, which is very close to the yellow and green line metro. It's also walking distance to the popular Columbia Heights and Adams Morgan shopping area, which is full of great restaurants and stores. And it's just up the street from the Lincoln Theater NCC location.
Washer, dryer and dishwasher are included in unit. Also, the bedroom comes with dresser, desk, queen bed and side table while you live there.
You will be living with an easy going working female - female applicants preferred.
Rent is $1125/month + utilities (ranges from $50-100/month)
